Liverpool Victoria

My role at TH_NK agency was to work on a project for Liverpool Victoria, which involved a complete redesign and enhanced user experience for online customers.

As the UX designer I was responsible for the overall Information Architecture of the site, Workshops, Wireframes, Rapid Prototyping and testing to improve the experience and drive an increase in online quotes.
